Visitor Guidelines

Visitation Policy at Presbyterian/St. Luke's Medical Center

At Presbyterian/St. Luke's we are committed to ensuring the health and safety of our patients, visitors, staff and physicians. If you  have a fever, diarrhea, achiness, sore throat, runny nose or cough, please stay home until your illness has subsided. If you have a medical appointment, are having a procedure, or are in need of emergency care and have any of the above symptoms, you will be required to wear a mask while on campus.

Visiting Hours

Family and friends may visit patients in the hospital at any time.  The length and time of your visit is up to your discretion. 

The NICU is closed to visiting daily from 7:00 a.m. - 7:30 a.m. and again from 7:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. for shift reporting. 

Restricted Visitation Areas of Presbyterian/St. Luke's Medical Center

  • NICU: No visitors under 18; Parents and grandparents only.
  • Labor & Delivery and Women's Services: No visitors under 18; Only 6 total visitors allowed.
  • PICU: No visitors under 18; Parents and grandparents only.
  • BMT/Oncology: No visitors under 18.
